Sale and Condition
All items are offered by closed bid.
All items are sold as-is, where-is.
All items are sold without warranty or guarantee of condition, fitness, or completeness; inspections can be arranged.
Bidding, Payment and Award Bids must be submitted within the stated window or via email.
All offers are subject to final approval, and winning bidders will be notified by email.
Payment must be received within 5 business days of invoice date via EFT or wire transfer.
All sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Removal, Logistics and Default
Once Bill of Sale is signed and payment is confirmed, buyers have 10 days to arrange truck pickup at the designated location (owner will not load; buyer covers all costs, transport, and permits).
Failure to pay or remove items within the timeframe may result in forfeiture and re-listing.
Seller reserves the right to accept or decline offers at their sole discretion.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer, or Buyer's Representatives to inspect the item prior to purchasing and make their own assessment as to the item's condition and suitability for use.
